AIA Stock Advice Referral Program

____________________________________________ (name of current client) is a client of AIA Stock Advice, an investment advisor.

By willfully participating in AIA Stock Advice’s Referral Program,

____________________________________________ (name of current client) is giving you this statement as a requirement of the following compensation agreement:

1) They are referring you only through the course of their day-to-day activities when the topic of investing is discussed.

2) When referring you, they have provided you with both this statement and a current copy of AIA Stock Advice’s Brochure.

3) Only if you enter into a contract with AIA Stock Advice will the person named above receive a 10% rebate based on the one year subscription rate. Upon entering into a contract with AIA Stock Advice and only if the person named above follows this agreement, you will receive a 10% discount based on the one year subscription rate.

4) There are no extra fees beyond the one-year subscription rate to enter into contract with AIA Stock Advice.

5) A prospective client may only be referred by one current client, i.e. two current clients may not both receive a rebate for the same prospective client.

6) Once a person is a client of AIA Stock Advice, they may not be referred by another client with the intent of obtaining any additional discounts.
