AIA Stock Advice Client Contract

I, _________________________________, enter into a one year (12 months) contract with AIA Stock Advice for a subscription fee of $200. By signing below, I indicate that I have read, understand, meet the requirements of, and will adhere to the stipulations below:

_____1) I have been given AIA Stock Advice’s Code of Ethics and Brochure.

_____2) I am not subject to, been convicted of, or entered a guilty plea of any felony or misdemeanor relating to the SEC or any other securities or commodities related rules and regulations.

_____3) I understand that the advice provided by AIA Stock Advice through its monthly newsletter and other communications is impersonal in nature and is not tailored to my specific financial situation. My investment decisions and actions are solely mine to make and understand that AIA Stock Advice makes no guarantee of future performance of its recommendations.

_____4) I understand that the information and analysis in the monthly newsletters are the property of AIA Stock Advice and are protected by U.S. copyright law. Thus, I will not share the newsletters with any person, persons, or business entity both while I am under contract with AIA Stock Advice or after such contract is terminated for whatever reason.

_____5) I understand that most/all of the securities discussed in the monthly newsletters are securities that AIA Stock Advice or related persons are also considering for investment, are already invested in, or had invested in at some time in the past.

_____6) AIA Stock Advice may, upon my request, provide advice based upon my personal situation. I will provide AIA Stock Advice with as much accurate information as possible regarding my situation before receiving any advice beyond that of the AIA Stock Advice monthly newsletter. This personal advice would be provided with no extra compensation, but it would also be provided less than four(4) times per calendar year and only upon a my explicit request.

_____7) AIA Stock Advice will never trade, sell, or otherwise make available any personal, non-public information of its clients or itself to any other person or entity unless required law or by the explicit written request and consent of both parties involved.

_____8) If I participate in AIA Stock Advice’s referral program, I understand the conditions are as follows: a) that I will only refer people though the course of my regular day-to-day activities when the topic of investing is discussed, b) that I will, at the time of referral, provide the prospective client with a current copy of AIA Stock Advice’s Brochure and a separate written disclosure describing this solicitation agreement, c) only if and when the prospective client enters into contract with AIA Stock Advice, will I receive (and the prospective client as well) the 10% rebate based on the one year subscription rate.
